This condo typical of the “Plateau Mount-Royal” needed major work. Everything had to be rethought to highlight its original charms.

 The wall between the dining room and the kitchen was removed so that the bathroom could be enlarged by slightly encroaching into the dining room. The kitchen has been completely redesigned, taking full advantage of the height of the ceiling, and exposing the brick wall has put the final touch on the decor.
